Katinka

Note: Tulips ship starting in late September to late October based on availability and your zone, unlike other products. Plant around or after your first frost but before the ground freezes. 

A member of the double late variety of Tulips, the Katinka boasts lush, peony-style blossoms in a romantic shade of dusky lilac with a pleasant fragrance. It grows up to 16” tall and does best in partial shade to full sun.

Katinka is sold in packs of 10 for fall planting. 

Fall Planting Instructions: 

1. Choose an area with partial to full sun that has good drainage.

2. Dig a hole 6-8” deep and mix granular fertilizer with soil at the bottom of the hole. Tulip bulbs should be planted 6” below the soil.

3. Place bulbs 2-3” apart with points facing upward, and then gently pack the soil over the bulb.

4. Water once and then not again till spring.
