It can be over coated with gloss, emulsion paint and wallpaper. Rustins Damp Seal does not cure damp but allows trapped moisture to escape.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePrior to application, the surface must be clean and free from dust, loose paint and fungal growth or solid matter likely to interfere with the penetration of the sealer. Rustins Damp Seal must be stirred well before use and two coats applied liberally, brushing out approximately 30cm beyond the affected area.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrying time is 1-2 hours and two hours between re-coating in warm conditions. Allow two hours when applying a top coat or wallpaper.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCoverage is 7 sq.m per litre depending on the absorbency of the surface being treated.
