Rustins Quick Dry Chalky Finish Paint

Rustins Quick Dry Chalky Finish Paint is designed to revive your indoor wooden furniture and give it a new lease of life.

This high-quality paint is formulated with waterborne acrylic emulsion, pigments and extenders to provide excellent opacity and a smooth chalky surface feel. It contains wax and dries to a velvety flat matt finish that does not fingermark.

A beautiful selection of on-trend pastel colours are available, as well as a choice of container sizes.

Very little preparation is required to reach the desired look, as Rustins Quick Dry Chalky Finish Paint can be painted over most previously coated items. If using over a previously coated surface, test a small area for compatibility.

Get the shabby chic look by painting your furniture with multiple coats then distressing it by lightly sanding down small areas using fine sandpaper or steel wool.

Surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease and contaminants. When used to prime bare wood, knots must be sealed with Rustins Knotting. Fill holes and cracks with Rustins Wood Filler after priming.

Apply liberally and evenly with a synthetic short fibre brush or roller. Only one coat is usually required over primed surfaces. A minimum of 2 coats are required on bare substrates.

Coverage is approx 13 sq.m per litre, 1 coat, depending on the absorbency of the surface.

Rustins Quick Dry Chalky Finish Paint is available in Blenheim Blue, Kenwood Cream, Georgian Grey, Portobello Pink, Savoy Sage & Windsor White. It is also available in either 250ml or 500ml containers.
