The paint has been pigmented with micronised red oxide to give good opacity, good exterior durability and corrosion prevention.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring preparation, the surface should be clean and free from rust and grease. Remove existing finishes with Rustins Strypit Paint and Varnish Stripper. If the metal is rusty, remove loose rust with a wire brush, then treat the surface with Rustins Rust Remover.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse a brush and apply evenly. Apply primer liberally, ensuring the surface is covered completely.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA single coat is usually sufficient, but a second may be applied if required. Sand lightly between coats if required.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTouch dry in approximately 30 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAllow two hours approximately before re-coating, depending on temperature and humidity.
