Low odour. Water repellent once dry. Harmless to pets and plants. Resistant to fading. Greater coverage than creosote. Quick-drying.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring preparation, existing paint and varnish should be removed with Rustins Strypit Paint \u0026amp; Varnish Stripper. Remove lichens, algae and moss with a brush, scraper and domestic bleach, then rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApply with a synthetic fibre brush, using the largest practicable for the job. Clean splashes while damp with water. Clean brushes and hands immediately after use with water.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTwo coats are recommended. The colour will deepen as more applications are made. Touch dry is 30 minutes depending on the temperature, humidity and absorbency of the wood. Re-coating can take place within two hours, depending on conditions. Ideally 15-25°C.
