Greater coverage than creosote.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring preparation, existing paint and varnish should be removed with Rustins Strypit Paint \u0026amp; Varnish Stripper. Remove lichens, algae and moss with a brush, scraper and domestic bleach, then rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApply with a synthetic fibre brush, using the largest practicable for the job. Clean splashes while damp with water.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTwo coats recommended, but the colour will deepen as more applications are made. Touch dry within 30 minutes, depending on temperature, humidity and absorbency of the wood. Possible to re-coat within two hours.
