Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus can be applied directly over water and smoke stains.

Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus is designed to offer unparalleled adhesion on even hard to paint interior and exterior surfaces like ceramic tiles, non-ferrous metal, vinyl, hardboard, melamine, varnish, plastic, GRP, UPVC, wood, masonry, and other glossy surfaces.

Zinsser put a biocide in Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus, protecting the dried coating against fungal degradation, making it suitable for high humidity areas like bathrooms.

Drying times are super quick with 30 minutes drying and 1 hour recoat times.
