Advanced Technologies Universal Primer - White

Flag Advanced Technologies Universal Primer is a water-based primer-sealer for interior and exterior areas.

It offers low-odour application, quick drying convenience and promotes adhesion on difficult surfaces.

The primer effectively primes, seals and blocks stains for a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces.

Flag is a ‘bond coat’ primer, which is great for hard-to-stick surfaces and offers excellent adhesion with minimal preparation. Ideal for preventing rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metal such as iron and steel.

Universal Primer contains a biocide that protects the dried coating against fungal degradation, making it ideal for high-humidity areas such as bathrooms and utility rooms.

It offers effective resistance to fungal degradation on the underside and surface of the primer film, prolonging the life of your paint finish.

Before application, the surface should be stable, firm, dry and free of dust, sand, loose old paint, dirt, grease and oil. Do not apply in temperatures below 10-degree centigrade.

Touch dry within 30 minutes.

Over-coating can take place after an hour.

Theoretical spreading rate is a approximately 10 sq. metres per litre.
